Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There are 7 queen and 1 king beds with additional convertible beds to sleep a total of 23 guests. (Note: this is a whole house rental; we do not rent out individual rooms)

Two updated kitchens feature modern appliances and space for groups big and small to gather. Butler's pantry includes a beverage refrigerator and extra oven.

Front porch rockers are perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze while watching the horse and carriage go by. Relax by the koi pond or appreciate the landscaped gardens from the bar table and stools or the patio table with umbrella. Don't forget the back porch and 2 other decks - soak in the sun and check out the water view!

Storage box on the beach in the summer for convenient storage (even though the house is beach block!). Barbecue on your choice of Weber gas or coal grill. Rinse off in the outdoor shower with attached changing area. Plenty of beach chairs for your group and bike rack for your bikes.
Plenty of private parking space
Park up to 8 cars in the back of the house. Then leave them there - you won't need cars for the rest of your stay as you will be walking distance from just about everything.
